- Professional certification in procurement or category management (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) preferred.
- Minimum 8 years total work experience in maritime procurement, sourcing, or category management.
- At least 3 years in a category leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in supplier engagement and performance management.
- Extensive experience in maritime procurement and supply chain management.
- Category strategy development and execution.
- Strong negotiation and contract management.
- Supplier relationship and performance management.
- Analytical and market analysis skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
