The ideal candidate should have a strong background in quality monitoring and compliance within the travel or airline industry, proven leadership experience, and excellent communication and analytical skills. This role is critical in driving performance excellence, ensuring compliance with client standards, and enhancing customer satisfaction through process improvements and coaching. Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or any related field (preferred). At least 5 years of experience in a QA leadership role, handling a Travel or Airline account(required) Strong background in QA especially in Travel accounts/airlines Proven experience in quality management systems, process improvement, and performance coaching. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven decision maker. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and QA tools or platforms. Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
