Ensures the bank's compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Conducts audits, reviews, and assessments to identify compliance risks and issues.
Responsible in monitoring and implementing compliance programs and procedures across the branch. existing lending programs and the policies of the BSP.

Ideal Profile

You have at least 1 year experience as a compliance officer
You have banking experience
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
Knowledge of banking regulations and BSP
