Job Purpose The Front Office Manager ensures the efficient daily operations of the Front Office while maintaining high service standards that enhance the overall guest experience and uphold the Mezzo Hotel brand. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily Front Office operations including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest services. Ensure excellent guest service and promptly resolve guest concerns and requests. Coordinate closely with Sales, Housekeeping, and Technical departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Monitor room occupancy, rates, and revenue performance while supporting sales and revenue management goals. Supervise, train, and schedule Front Office, Sales, and Reservations team members. Review BEOs, group reservations, rooming lists, and ensure accuracy of guest profiles, billing instructions, and system entries. Prepare operational and financial reports including room revenue, guest feedback, and daily highlights. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety and security procedures, and service standards. Support staff development through coaching, performance evaluations, and training recommendations. Manage departmental resources, expenses, and purchasing requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in Front Office operations, preferably in a hotel environment. Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel property management systems. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
