- Spearhead the visual conceptualization phase by developing comprehensive style proposals, sketches, and high-fidelity mockups for social commerce initiatives.
- Engineer scalable, modular design systems optimized for cross-platform deployment on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, ensuring strict adherence to interface safe zones and product tagging requirements.
- Establish and evolve the brand’s visual identity while providing strategic creative direction and mentorship to the design team to ensure cohesive execution.
- Synthesize complex creative briefs into actionable design specifications in partnership with strategy and copywriting teams.
- Enforce rigorous quality assurance standards, performing meticulous reviews to ensure technical precision and aesthetic excellence across all deliverables.
- Partner with the Creative Director and cross-functional stakeholders to align design outputs with client objectives, brand integrity, and performance-based conversion goals.
- Provide creative oversight during on-set production for digital and social content to guarantee the visual vision is accurately translated into the final assets.
- Streamline creative workflows through the implementation of standardized templates, organized file management, and process optimizations to maximize team efficiency.
- 6+ years of experience in senior or lead design roles, or as an Art Director, ideally within agencies with a strong digital or social focus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns, digital advertising, social-first executions, and high-quality visual craft.
- Hands-on shoot experience, with proven involvement in on-set direction and visual execution.
- Solid understanding of full-funnel marketing, with the ability to design effectively across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
