- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends,
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Cebu head office and other regional
- Logistics and Collections Support: Oversee and support logistics, order fulfillment,
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the construction
- A strong understanding of CRM systems (Monday.com experience is a plus).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
