What you'll focus onCountry Operations LeadershipOwn end-to-end accountability for operational performance across the Philippines, encompassing warehouse execution and all supporting functions.Drive operational excellence by aligning strategy, execution, and performance with overall business objectives.Sub-Department OversightProvide strategic leadership to core operational units including Logistics Management (LM), Fulfilment, Planning, and Claims.Ensure cross-functional alignment, collaboration, and accountability to deliver on organizational goals.Team Development & Workforce PlanningBuild, mentor, and retain high-performing teams through engagement, capability development, and performance management.Lead workforce planning and resource allocation to ensure optimal staffing across all operational teams.Warehouse CollaborationFoster strong partnerships with warehouse leadership to ensure clear communication, aligned priorities, and swift resolution of operational challenges.Act as a key liaison to integrate warehouse execution with broader business needs.Performance ManagementAct as the primary owner of operations KPIs, monitoring performance and driving accountability across teams.Analyse results, identify trends, and implement targeted improvement actions to enhance efficiency, quality, and service delivery.Process Ownership & Continuous ImprovementServe as the process owner for critical operational workflows, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and innovation.Lead initiatives to identify gaps, optimize processes, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.What you bring7+ years of progressive experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership capacity.Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and scaling complex operations.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.Demonstrated success in driving operational improvements and leading organisational change.Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), planning tools, and KPI management.Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.What you'll getYou’ll become part of a diverse team that's globally distributed.
