Responsibilities Ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly. Be the leader of the Freyssinet Warehouse Team: Ensure effective communication between departments and sites to avoid delays on the deliveries of materials and equipment Lead the Warehouse team according to the Health and Safety Policy Be proactive and anticipate the needs of the job sites and consider the Freyssinet resources Ensure that that Purchase Request is under your supervision and control Monitor all the in and outs of the warehouse You are expected to run the Warehouse according to company expectation and requirements: Safety, Planning, Cost, Manpower and Procurement Duties and Responsibilities: Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company's policies and vision. Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security within the warehouse, within the team. Maintain the good storage of materials and equipment within the warehouse Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization Oversee and monitor closely receiving, warehousing, distribution of materials and maintenance of equipment Maintains records of equipment to include below details but not limited to: Purchased/Rental Date Calibration Date/s Condition a) when deliver to site b) when returned to warehouse Whereabouts/Allocation (Projects) Date Issued/Date Returned Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage/inventory system Be a key person to liaise with construction site: Anticipate site requirements through communicating with Project in-charge on the tools, materials, equipment needed for the activities Regularly checks condition of equipment on site through coordination with project in-charge. An on-site inspection maybe done as necessary. Supports sites by providing on time deliveries of materials and equipment through liaising with projects, suppliers and transport companies Closely coordinates with Purchase and Logistics Team on material requests and delivery Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operation of warehouse Qualifications Graduate of Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or any engineering course 5 to 10 years' of warehouse experience in construction industry Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word) willing to assign in Bulacan (main warehouse) with strong leadership and management skills Show more Show less
