DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Record and monitor the Purchase Requisitions (PR) received from Condo Corps Coordinate with Technical Support Group (TSG) for the evaluation of specs &/or terms of references (TOR) stated in the PR Solicit and collect quotations from invited accredited bidders based on the submitted Purchased Requisition(PR) from Condo Corp Negotiate the quotation initially offered by chosen bidder to get the latter&aposs best & final price. Prepare abstract of bids (AOB) based on the consolidated/validated quotations from bidders Monitor the complete approval and release of AOB from GPMC Head Office Send approved PO to Suppliers/Contractors and coordinate on the required delivery or mobilization Prepare all documents required to secure business permit and bank account opening for a newly created condo corp. Assist Property Management Offices (PMO) to secure assistance from suppliers/contractors in case of urgency/emergency during operation QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor&aposs Degree in Business Management or any related course With at least one year of relevant work experience MS Office Proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Good interpersonal skills Keen to details Show more Show less
