- Lead electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring compliance with project plans and safety regulations.
- Supervise and mentor a team of electricians, providing guidance and support throughout each project phase.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments to ensure electrical systems operate efficiently and safely.
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to coordinate electrical work with ongoing construction activities.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of maintenance and inspections performed.
- Implement safety measures in accordance with industry standards and company policies.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform repairs promptly to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all electrical installations adhere to local and international standards.
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in electrical work, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Minimum 5 year of experience of Maintenance field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical documentation.
- Ability to lead a team effectively, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in high-voltage installations is a plus.
- Must possess a valid electrical license or certification.
- Familiarity with maintenance management systems is advantageous.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project needs.
