Overview: The Senior Territory Solution Associate is a results-oriented and experienced sales personnel that manages relations with accredited partner & agents. They drive the achievement of the daily daily/monthly/quarterly/annual targets through its partners & aggregator. It is expected that the individual has area sales & financial management expertise in the assigned territory both in operational / day-to-day management and competitor monitoring. What you need to succeed: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets Manages the total growth of the Area assigned in terms of Maya GTV & Uses Cases of the MSME segment Grow the business in the assigned territory through managing its Account & Maya Agent Operationalize cascaded plans by creating strategies as suitable to the area Ensure that all partners and agents are trained and knowledgeable of our product and use cases including Maya Bank products for retail agents Conduct regular meetings with MSAP, MA Partners, & Maya Agents to cascade and monitor sales performance Maintain relationships with Accredited Partners, & Maya agents including immediate after sales servicing. What we are looking for: Graduate of Business Management, Marketing, or any other related field. Knowledgeable in Sales Account & Relationship Management Knowledgeable in e-wallets and payments ecosystem Preferably at least 3-4 years experience in Sales and Client Management or Business Development. Knowledge in financial technologies and other intersecting industries is a plus. Must be residing in Bohol, Central Visayas . Willing to handle and manage Bohol, Central Visayas region.
