We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist who will support the HR department in managing and administering employee compensation and benefits programs. This role plays a key part in ensuring salary structures are competitive and benefits offerings are well-managed and compliant with labor regulations. Key Responsibilities Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll coordination, government-mandated benefits, and company-initiated perks. Assist in conducting salary and benefits benchmarking and internal compensation analysis. Handle enrollment, updates, and claims for government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG). Coordinate with finance and third-party providers for payroll and benefits processing. Maintain accurate employee compensation records and ensure proper documentation. Support annual performance review processes and salary adjustments. Address employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in HR in compensation & benefits and payroll. Familiarity with government-mandated benefits processes (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.) Strong organizational and time-management skills. High attention to detail and confidentiality.
