You love to engage people and build meaningful business relationships. You will grow FindShare’s Merchant and Rewards Partners and maintain a long-term relationship with them. You will come up and negotiate for campaigns and promotions to continuously engage your Partners’ customers.As the client-facing representative of a technology company, you are expected to have a passion for e-commerce and knowledgeable in utilizing data to improve your Partners’ performance. You must also be comfortable in leading projects and collaborating with various members of the team from IT, Finance, Operations, and Marketing. Translating IT capabilities to address business requirements should be a fundamental skill for you.

University degree in marketing, business, or similar (practical experience may be adequate to forego this requirement)
Digital marketing, business development, sales, CRM, or partnership experience is a plus
Experience working for an e-commerce or loyalty company is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Proficiency in Canva or Photoshop a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal & team working skills
Willingness, confidence, and ability to take initiative
Ability to work well under pressure and produce desired results to strict deadlines
Strong work ethic, detail-oriented, and process-driven
