You will make a direct impact by: Supervising all daily facility operations to create a safe, seamless, and productive environment for our team. Managing key vendor contracts and budgets to ensure we receive top-tier service and value. Championing our safety-first culture by leading compliance programs, drills, and regulatory audits. Orchestrating flawless logistics for client and VIP visits, ensuring an exceptional first impression. This Role Is for You If Experience You have at least 5 years of experience in facilities or property management. You have proven experience supervising maintenance teams and managing vendors. Technical Skills You are proficient in using facilities management software (CMS/CRM) and are excited to work with AI tools. Non-Negotiables You have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. You have a background in budget management and procurement. You can work full-time, onsite in our Cebu City office. Bonus Points You have experience in a BPO, corporate, or large-scale office environment. You have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
