Managing the entire proposal process from kick-off meetings and production through to review and submission Facilitating proposal team meetings including kick-off, regular stand-up meetings and proposal reviews Ensuring the approval process is followed Supporting and co-facilitating win strategy sessions Developing clear and concise non-technical written content that is tailored to the client's requirements and aligned to identified key messages Understanding the proposal win strategy and ensuring win themes are weaved in throughout the submission Ensuring that all proposals are delivered to the client before submission time Developing a 'best practice' library and other standard materials that minimizes the cost of proposals and allows more efficient proposal preparation To be successful in this role, you will need: 5-7 years of relevant experience Advanced experienced in Microsoft Office suite of programs, especially Word Excellent planning and organizational skills with ability to work on multiple proposals, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal ability and confidence to build relationships and facilitate meetings Ability to take ownership of the proposal process, drive the proposal plan and influence proposal teams to get things done Ability to be proactive and work independently to solve problems as they arise Excellent attention to detail
