This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with travel partners, and helping them achieve top performance. You'll manage your own portfolio with the freedom to develop growth strategies, supported by a collaborative team and robust training. The ideal candidate is tenacious, creative, and motivated by growing accounts and revenue, with access to the tools and data needed to succeed. What You'll Do Diagnose partner business needs-both known and emerging-and translate them into tailored product solutions. Drive business development by clearly communicating value in the partner's language to support growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agent partners through effective communication, both in-person and remotely. Identify high-potential travel partners with long-term growth opportunities. Utilize tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Tableau; CRM experience (preferably Salesforce) is a plus. Thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment while maintaining a positive and flexible attitude. Collaborate with the team by sharing ideas and contributing to a supportive work culture. Communicate fluently in Filipino, with strong English-speaking skills. Travel within the Philippines as needed What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel industry and 2 years in a sales-related role. Familiarity with Expedia TAAP is highly preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English. Energetic, goal-oriented, and able to meet targets and KPIs. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. A collaborative team player with a positive and flexible attitude. Must be fluent in Filipino and able to communicate effectively in English. Willingness to travel within the Philippines.
