Objective: Ensure consistent delivery of products and services that meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements through structured quality frameworks. Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and maintain ISO-aligned quality systems Conduct internal audits and process reviews Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Collaborate with departments to improve quality performance Monitor and report quality KPIs Strategic Leadership & Integration Develop and implement an integrated management system aligned with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 31000). Ensure cross-functional alignment of quality, safety, risk, and continuity practices. Governance & Compliance Oversee compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Lead internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of findings. Operational Excellence Drive standardization and continuous improvement across all Integrated Management Systems & Safety functions. Monitor performance metrics and report to senior leadership. Risk & Resilience Ensure proactive risk identification and mitigation strategies. Lead the development and testing of business continuity plans. Culture & Capability Building Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and quality. Lead training and awareness programs across all levels of the organization. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with department heads, external auditors, and regulatory bodies. Serve as the key point of contact for IMS&S-related initiatives and escalations. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Service Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics or any related course Proven experience in managing quality and integrated management systems Strong knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory frameworks Leadership in quality, safety, risk, and continuity domains Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills Analytical mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and resilience Willing to work in MOA Square, Pasay City
