Conducts pre-qualification of accounts and assists clients, developers, and brokers with loan inquiries
Coordinates with internal teams for credit evaluation, document preparation, and loan signing
Facilitates requirements such as NFIS, project appraisals, and compliance for loan approval
Prepares and reviews documents for the issuance of Letter of Guaranty and loan release
Maintains updated status reports and provides post-booking support to clients

What were looking for

Bachelors Degree in any Business-related course
Experience in Sales or a financial institution is an advantage but not required
Technical Competencies:

Computer literate
Basic understanding of banking transactions related to mortgage and loans
Proficiency in basic math
