- Managing large-scale rollout projects smoothly
- PMO Systems Management:
- Administer and maintain PMO tools (e.g., Click-on, Odoo, Digital Twin, Power BI, ERP systems).
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across project management platforms.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support/training.
- Compilation, extraction, cross validation and maintaining clean system data in complying the process data standards
- Producing regular project progress reports periodically (weekly/monthly/as required) and publishing to the key stakeholders
- Gathering feedback and driving the data correction in the systems through respective department
- Process Integration & Automation:
- Identify and implement integration solutions between PMO tools, financial systems, and other enterprise software.
- Develop automated workflows for project tracking, reporting, and approvals.
- Standardize data collection and reporting processes across projects.
- Governance & Compliance:
- Ensure PMO processes align with organizational policies and industry best practices.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, integrations, and workflows.
- Support audits and compliance reviews related to project data.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Recommend and implement new tools/technologies to enhance PMO efficiency.
- Conduct training sessions for PMO and project teams on system usage.
- Stay updated on emerging PMO trends (AI, automation, predictive analytics).
- Other Ad Hoc Responsibilities
- Support project team requirements on an as-needed basis.
- Provide general administrative support to project managers and department head.
- Handle ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the project lead.
- Degree in IT, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or any other related fields from a reputed university with good academic results.
- 3+ years in PMO, systems administration, or business analysis, preferably in telecom/tower infrastructure.
- Experiences as project coordinator/engineer with Huawei/Ericsson/Nokia or MNO would be an added advantage.
- Certification and hands-on experience in coding using programming tools like SQL, Python, Visual Basic etc. and Power BI, data analysis will be preferred.
- Knowledge in Telecommunication industry, TowerCo business model and ability to align tech solutions with business outcomes
- Familiarity with different Project management tools like Visio, MS project
- Good analytical skills with great attention to detail, willingness to work on a flexible schedule
- Capabilities of performing difficult tasks in stressful situation, result driven and finisher
- Creative, problem solving and ability to work independently with shifting priorities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse workforce.
- Fluent English speaking and presentation skills to project stakeholders.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, macros, advance formulas).
- Pro-active and self-motivated to go extra mile to learn new skills and to find solutions.
