Lexus Brand Management Specialist

• Manages brand image & presence through campaign conceptualization for Lexus brand and asset management on Lexus products and services.
• Lead social media management including but not limited to social media accounts, community management, content and paid media planning.
• Coordination with different stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Responsible in overall event management including but not limited to conceptualization, implementation, budget management, and other related activities such as launches and brand pop ups.
• Manages paid media and digital campaigns to ensure updated content on website and facilitate website enhancement initiatives.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing/Business Management, Communications and Public Relations related degrees.
• Youve run and/or been part of marketing campaigns and events management.
• You are proactive; taking prompt action to accomplish objectives and taking action to achieve goals beyond what is required.
• You interact with others in a way that gives them confidence in one's intentions and those of the organization.
• You are capable of accomplishing tasks by considering all areas involved, no matter how small; showing concern for all aspects of the job; accurately checking processes and tasks; being watchful over a period of time.
• You are capable of monitoring the results of delegations, assignments or projects, considering the skills, knowledge and experience of the assigned individual and the characteristics of the assignment or project.
• You can present ideas effectively to individuals or groups when given time to prepare; deliver presentations suited to the characteristics and needs of the audience.

• Proficient in the use of MS Office applications.
• Has basic copy writing and advertisement creation skills.
• Knowledge in traditional and digital media types.
• Has excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Preferably with luxury market knowledge.
