This role leads technicians, manages workflow, and drives productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities1. Workshop OperationsSupervise day-to-day workshop activities to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenanceAllocate jobs to technicians based on skill level and workloadMonitor work progress and ensure adherence to service schedules2. Technical OversightProvide guidance and technical support to technicians on complex repairsEnsure all work complies with CDJR manufacturer standards and proceduresConduct quality checks on completed jobs before vehicle release3. Team LeadershipLead, coach, and develop workshop technicians and support staffMonitor individual and team performance (productivity, efficiency, quality)Identify training needs and coordinate technical training programs4. Customer Service SupportWork closely with Service Advisors to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair timelinesAssist in handling escalated customer concerns related to technical issuesEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention5. Health, Safety & ComplianceEnforce safety standards and proper use of tools and equipmentEnsure compliance with company policies and local regulationsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment6.
