Join Our Team! We're Hiring Mechanical Engineers with diverse expertise!We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with specialized experience in fenestration design to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical components for windows, doors, and related building envelope systems.Key Responsibilities:Design & Development
  • Design and develop mechanical components for fenestration products including windows, doors, curtain walls, and architectural glazing systems
  • Create detailed mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
  • Perform structural analysis and thermal performance calculations for fenestration assemblies
  • Develop innovative solutions for hardware integration, weather sealing, and operational mechanisms
Technical Expertise
  • Utilize Creo for 3D modeling, assembly design, and detailed drafting
  • Design mechanical systems for various window and door operating mechanisms (casement, awning, sliding, swing, etc.)
  • Analyze load requirements, wind resistance, and structural integrity of fenestration systems
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and building codes
RequirementsDesign & Development
  • Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD), proficiency in Creo for 3D modeling and drafting is a plus!
  • Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes
  • Knowledge of materials science, particularly metals, plastics, and glazing materials
  • Experience with structural analysis and thermal modeling software preferred
  • Familiarity with fenestration industry standards and testing protocols
