We are currently seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee construction and development projects within our Medina Plant. As Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing construction activities on-site, coordinating with contractors and engineers, ensuring adherence to safety and building regulations, and delivering projects on time and within budget. This role requires a licensed professional with strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex construction projects in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities within the plant. Ensure construction projects comply with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and workers to ensure timely and accurate project execution. Review technical drawings and specifications, ensuring accuracy and feasibility. Monitor project costs, progress, and schedules, reporting variances to management. Collaborate with Engineering, Facilities, and Project teams to ensure alignment with company objectives. Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all. Provide technical guidance and resolve construction-related issues on-site. Ensure proper documentation of construction activities, materials used, and project progress. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline (with professional license). Significant project experience in the construction industry is required. Experience working in large manufacturing facility construction projects preferred. Strong knowledge of building codes, compliance standards, and safety regulations. Proficiency in design software such as AutoDesk, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations, project cost estimates, and design reviews. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and supervisory skills.
