- Concept, design, and execute creative assets across a wide range of projects including: emails, promotions, loyalty programs, virtual events, partnerships, recognition programs, flyers, learning & development materials, and short-form video content.
- Design and edit video assets such as social clips, animated layouts, light motion graphics, and basic video edits to support campaigns and community communications.
- Partner with the Associate Creative Director to ideate and design from creative briefs, ensuring alignment with marketing communication goals and campaign strategy.
- Independently manage workload, timelines, and quality of deliverables while adhering to defined procedures, policies, and processes.
- Think holistically across platforms and channels, designing modular, scalable systems that work across static, motion, and video formats for global brand campaigns.
- Collaborate with members of the creative team to ensure consistency in brand visuals, motion style, and storytelling across touchpoints.
- Bring a strong point of view on typography, layout, editorial design, and pacing for both static and motion- based content.
- Apply knowledge of current and emerging design and video trends, tools, and techniques (including AI- assisted workflows where appropriate) to elevate creative output.
- Execute high-level design and video work aligned to agreed-upon creative direction while adapting assets efficiently for multiple formats, aspect ratios, and platforms.
- Animation, motion graphics, and/or illustration skills are a strong plus.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into thoughtful, effective visual and video solutions.
- Maintain best practices for version control, file organization, naming conventions, and handoff readiness across both design and video files.
- Undergraduate degree (BFA) or equivalent experience with 5+ years of digital agency or design studio experience; beauty, fashion, or luxury experience strongly preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating concept-driven design, multi-channel execution, and short-form video or motion work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including After Effects and/or Premiere Pro) and PowerPoint; familiarity with emerging video and design tools is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a high bar for craft and polish across static and motion work.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working beyond the brief to deliver smart, efficient solutions.
- Sophisticated typography skills and a strong, modern design aesthetic are mandatory.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional partners and creative project managers in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to receive feedback openly, iterate quickly, and maintain creative integrity.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable managing a high-volume workload independently.
