Lead stakeholder engagement, scope planning, and project coordination to deliver data solutions aligned with business needs
Collaborate with data science, BI, and cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies and insights
Design and develop scalable data lakes, warehouses, and robust ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL and cloud/big data technologies
Drive infrastructure optimization by automating processes, enhancing data delivery, and supporting advanced analytics frameworks
Ensure data integrity and quality through rigorous checks, architectural oversight, and maintenance of complex data pipelines

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Data Engineer, with strong proficiency in big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka), SQL/NoSQL databases, and scripting languages like Python, Java, C++, or Scala
Skilled in designing data pipelines using tools like Airflow or Azkaban, with hands-on experience across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, MongoDB) and stream-processing systems like Storm or Spark Streaming
Possesses a strong mix of leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality results, rapid learning in new domains, and excellent communication paired with innovation and resourcefulness
