Your Role: As a Workforce Management Specialist, you will: Manage, maintain, and update the roster timetable in accordance with both staff and client requirements Developing and maintaining a cost-effective roster within a dedicated portfolio of clients Ensure that rostering adheres to all applicable compliance regulations and applicable legislation Escalation of operational issues & incidents, including report writing. Coordination of after-hours static guarding services. Data entry of information into proprietary operating systems. Communicate effectively with clients & different internal departments Identify risks and deliverables, and manage these effectively Provide timely analysis and reporting to support the Operations Manager and National Operations Centre Reconciliation and reporting on a daily, weekly, monthly,y and yearly basis Uphold OH&S policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for employees, contractors, and visitors What You Need: Non-negotiables Experience in operations, scheduling, or coordination roles in the Security / Defense Industry. Ability to work on a rotating roster . Experience in a high-volume call/Operations Centre environment would be highly desirable. Demonstrable computer literacy skills. Strong verbal communication skills, including high levels of customer service and conflict resolution skills. Strong written communication skills, including incident report writing.
