Program Manager of the Drilling and Workover (Rig) planning who is in-charge in the implementation of the Drilling/Workover Programs with focus in achieving the objectives in a timely and cost effective manner. Spearheads the planning with the Drilling Engineers and in developing drilling and workover strategies to be able to execute the operations efficiently and avoid unnecessary delays. Provides engineering solutions to complex drilling or workover situations, evaluates the situation based on official data available. Assists Execution Engineering Head in ensuring that all technical groups, departments and 3rd party service providers are effectively planning to come up with the optimum drilling and workover strategy. Consulted by the Operations and Technical group for detailed engineering assessment and analysis of the design, risks analysis and/or technical issues to come up with a more comprehensive program and facilitate resolution of any technical matters/issues. Supports and cultivate adherence to HSE policies and guidelines.
