You will make a direct impact by: Developing and executing creative concepts for video, animation, and flat lay content, optimized for social media. Staying updated with social media trends to create highly resonant designs. Creating templates from scratch for graphics and animation, demonstrating independent design proficiency. Providing creative direction and ideation aligned with company brand guidelines, leading projects proactively. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide innovative design solutions. Creating and managing designs for audiobook catalogs, order forms, banners, front cover mock-ups, jacket designs, and sales kits. This Role Is for You If Experience: You have 4-6 years of professional experience in graphic design, backed by a strong portfolio. You possess proven expertise in video editing, animation, and flat lay design for digital platforms. You have hands-on experience developing designs tailored for various social media channels. You demonstrate the ability to lead and execute creative direction with minimal supervision. Technical Skills: You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and other visual design tools. You have a solid understanding of design best practices across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, and TikTok. You exhibit strong creative thinking, ideation, and storytelling skills. You have excellent communication and collaboration skills in a team environment. Bonus Points: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. You must have a portfolio of professional works. An understanding of German is a plus.
