- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit for the role.
- Manage and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a smooth and organized recruitment process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Check candidate references and perform background checks when necessary.
- Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms.
- Provide a positive candidate experience and maintain communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with various recruitment methods and tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong decision-making abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of labor legislation and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
