Warehouse and Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of warehousing and logistics to ensure the efficient storage, handling, and distribution of SMEG appliances. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and coordination with various departments to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure timely deliveries.Warehouse Operations:

Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Implement and maintain warehouse policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Ensure the proper maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities.

Logistics and Distribution:

Plan and coordinate product deliveries, optimizing routes and schedules for efficiency.
Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and transport companies.
Monitor delivery performance and implement improvements as needed.

Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate inventory records through regular audits and cycle counts.
Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand and manage stock levels.
Implement inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies and losses.

Team Leadership:

Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse and logistics staff to ensure high performance.
Develop staffing plans and manage labor resources effectively.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Reporting and Compliance:

Generate reports on warehouse and logistics performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and organizational standards.
Collaborate with other departments to align logistics strategies with company objectives.
