This role focuses on creating visual content for social media, recruitment campaigns, and events. It is ideal for students or fresh graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in corporate branding, content creation, and recruitment marketing.Key Responsibilities: * Creative Content Production
- Design recruitment posters, reels, and videos for social media and internal campaigns
- Support the development of weekly content calendars and publish engaging posts
- Sourcing Program Branding
- Create visual assets for sourcing initiatives like employee referral and ambassador programs
- Assist in monitoring the branding of these programs across online channels
- Event Collateral Design & Coverage
- Design materials (e.g., banners, IDs, giveaways) for job fairs and campus events
- Help document events through photos and short-form video content
- Brand Asset Organization
- Maintain a digital archive of editable templates, photos, and design files
- Coordinate with printing vendors for marketing materials when needed
- Research & Collaboration
- Stay updated on recruitment marketing trends and assist in creative brainstorming
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across outputs
- Other Related Tasks
- Support ad-hoc creative and branding requests from the recruitment team
- Participate in planning meetings and contribute ideas to improve engagement
