- Administer and maintain highly-confidential employee pay data and records
- Administer and maintain payroll related databases, templates, etc.
- Ensure the accuracy of payroll reports, timesheets, etc.
- Prepare pre-payroll reports within prescribed deadlines
- Perform post-payroll audits to validate payroll accuracy
- Perform post-payroll audits to validate statutory contributions
- Perform post-payroll audits to validate payroll-related vendor invoices
- Prepare and send out client invoices within the prescribed deadlines
- Act as the main point of contact for queries from clients, employees and partners
- Respond and resolve queries within prescribed SLAs
- Assist with end-of-month financial reporting and analysis
- Assist with ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis, as needed
- Act as a leave cover for fellow payroll and finance administrators
- At least 1-2 years work experience in payroll administration and/or finance operations
- Work experience in an Employer of Record structure would be an advantage
- Work experience in cross-country payroll would be an advantage
- Customer service experience is a must
- Excel proficiency is a must
- Netsuite experience would be an advantage
- Zendesk experience would be an advantage
- Strong planning and organisational skills with aptitude to learn
- Ability to work with confidential information with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
