This is not cold calling. You will be speaking with individuals who have called us or opted-in through our advertisements and are actively seeking help. Your mission is to qualify their situation, confirm they are someone we can help, empathize, and schedule them for a call with an attorney.
High-Volume Engagement: Manage 100+ outbound calls per day using our power dialer.
Lead Qualification: Use our question-based framework to discover pain points and identify viable legal cases.
Objection Handling: Confidently navigate concerns regarding privacy and the legal process.
KPI Management: Meet daily targets for dials, utilization rates, and signup conversions.*Requirements & Qualifications*
Experience: 1+ years of high-volume phone sales (Legal, Banking, or Insurance experience is a major plus).
Language: Exceptional, fluent English is mandatory. You must have a natural, conversational tonality. Spanish speaking is preferred but not required.
Results Driven: You thrive in performance-based environments and are motivated by hitting (and exceeding) targets.
Resilience: You hear "I want to think about it" and view it as the start of the conversation, not the end.
Tech Savvy: You are comfortable navigating a modern sales stack. While we provide training, prior experience with the following tools is a significant advantage:
CRMs & Automation: GoHighLevel and Lawcus.
Communication Suites: PhoneBurner (Power Dialer) and Zoom.
