We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Coordinator to support our client's recruitment and human resources functions. This role will focus on end-to-end talent acquisition for creative and production roles, manage payroll and employee records, and assist in various HR-related tasks to ensure smooth operations and compliance.Key Responsibilities:
  • Source, screen, and recruit candidates for roles such as live streamers, hosts/MCs, videographers/editors, and livestream operators.
  • Conduct initial interviews and manage assessments/auditions in coordination with department heads.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing and future recruitment needs.
  • Manage job postings across platforms and handle recruitment-related social media content.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with universities, freelance communities, and talent agencies.
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll processing.
  • Maintain and update employee attendance and leave records.
  • Facilitate end-to-end onboarding, including document collection, contract signing, and system entry.
  • Conduct new hire orientation and company briefings.
  • Maintain organized HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, leave, and benefits.
  • Assist in tracking performance and maintaining evaluation documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR coordination or generalist role.
  • Experience in the livestreaming or media industry is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws and HR processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, reliable, and capable of handling confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR-related tools.
