
HR Coordinator

- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for roles such as live streamers, hosts/MCs, videographers/editors, and livestream operators.
- Conduct initial interviews and manage assessments/auditions in coordination with department heads.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing and future recruitment needs.
- Manage job postings across platforms and handle recruitment-related social media content.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with universities, freelance communities, and talent agencies.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll processing.
- Maintain and update employee attendance and leave records.
- Facilitate end-to-end onboarding, including document collection, contract signing, and system entry.
- Conduct new hire orientation and company briefings.
- Maintain organized HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, leave, and benefits.
- Assist in tracking performance and maintaining evaluation documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR coordination or generalist role.
- Experience in the livestreaming or media industry is an advantage but not required.
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and HR processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, reliable, and capable of handling confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR-related tools.
