General Description: Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying, researching, analyzing, and negotiating lease contracts for, and zoning wireless telecommunications sites. Identify candidates for specific land leases-based customer criteria, owner interest, and jurisdictional Zoning and/or Land Use regulations. Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct strategic market scanning and identify high-potential retail trade areas aligned with the brand's expansion strategy; provide qualified site leads to the Business Development - Real Estate team. Support the regular review and update of the country development plan by incorporating market trends, competitor activities, and brand growth priorities. Prepare detailed location-specific feasibility studies including market demand, customer profile, cannibalization risks, and projected financial performance. Analyze sales and operational performance of newly opened and existing stores to generate post-opening reports and actionable insights for site optimization. Develop and deliver compelling business cases and presentations for internal decision-makers, potential partners, and high-profile stakeholders. Proactively identify and evaluate new business partnership opportunities (e.g., developers, landlords, institutions) that support strategic expansion and brand visibility. Work Experience Requirement: With basic experience in Real Estate - site assessment, site acquisition, contracts of lease, and negotiation. Knowledgeable in MS Office, particularly Excel, and PowerPoint. Detail-oriented and organized. Can work independently. Willing to go on fieldwork.
