Job Summary Under the general guidance and management of the Assistant Chief Engineer and overall guidance and direction of the Director of Engineering within the limits established by the Engineering Services Manual, corporate policies and procedures, the Duty Engineer manages all other Engineering supervisory and rank and file staff for the efficient, timely, safe and economical operation of all the MEP systems, maintenance and repair of all Horizon Homes building facilities and MEP systems during his shift and tour of duty.
