Job Description/Summary Acts as DLSU authorized representative who exclusively assist and/or represent the International Students (IS) in the processing and filing of their Student Visa (9F Conversion, 9F Extension, 9F Downgrading and Alien Certificate of Registration Identity Card (ACR I-Card) applications at the Bureau of Immigration (BI) processing and securing of Clearance/Endorsement at the Commission of Higher Education (CHED) and other appropriate government agencies for student visa-related applications and concerns. Qualifications: Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, or any related field of study Preferably with experience in Student Affairs, particularly in areas involving student suppor At least one (1) year of relevant work experience in an academic or similar organizational setting that involves direct interaction with students Possesses above-average oral and written communication skills in both English and Filipino, capable of preparing reports, facilitating meetings, and engaging in student dialogue effectively. Demonstrates strong interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to address student concerns professionally, resolve conflicts, and analyze student-related issues for proper resolution and support.
