Essential Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Urban Planning, Real Estate, Data Science, or related fields
At least 2-4 years experience as a GIS Specialist in real estate sector
Proficiency in GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS, MapInfo, MyMaps, or similar)
Ability to work with the Zoom camera open during shift

This remote position is based in the Philippines and supports our Australian operations by providing spatial insights, data mapping, and market intelligence that drive strategic decisions in the residential property sector.The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in GIS with an understanding of property markets, demographics, and urban development trends. You will play a key role in analyzing market dynamics, producing client-facing reports, and delivering actionable insights to support property acquisitions, sales strategies, and investment opportunities.Key Responsibilities:

Collect, manage, and analyze geospatial and real estate datasets (property values, demographics, zoning, infrastructure, supply-demand patterns)
Create and maintain GIS maps, dashboards, and visualizations to support market research and client presentations
Conduct spatial analysis to identify trends, hotspots, and growth corridors in Australian residential markets
Support valuation and feasibility studies with data-driven insights
Integrate GIS findings with market reports and business intelligence tools
Monitor urban planning, infrastructure projects, and government policies that may impact residential property markets
Collaborate with brokers, advisors, and researchers to deliver tailored market intelligence
Ensure data accuracy, relevance, and confidentiality in all analyses

Key Skills & Qualities:

Strong skills in data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools (Google Workspace)
Familiarity with Australian property markets is a strong advantage (but not required)
Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into business insights
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently in a remote setup while meeting deadlines
Willingness to undergo and pass background check as a condition of employment (a consent form will be provided to shortlisted candidates)
Willingness to provide an NBI clearance
