This role is responsible for managing end‑to‑end access permissioning for third‑party data services, as well as approval validation for exchange and specialist data. You will help ensure clients are permissioned correctly, approvals are processed accurately, queries are resolved efficiently, and risks related to compliance and entitlements are minimized.By maintaining accuracy, meeting turnaround times, and ensuring seamless coordination with partners, you play a critical role in supporting our business and enhancing the client experience.Key responsibilities:We believe in empowering our team members to take ownership and make a difference. Support the approval process by verifying requirements before granting access.
Manage client access across multiple platforms and resolve inquiries clearly and professionally.
Activate and deactivate access across entitlement systems with precision.
Oversee end‑to‑end approval and permissioning for third‑party data in line with vendor and compliance standards.
Process cases quickly and accurately, maintaining clear and complete documentation.
Track and manage cases in Salesforce, including follow‑ups and bulk requests.
Communicate blockers proactively to enable timely, solution‑focused outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver a seamless client experience.
Identify workflow improvements and contribute to process enhancements.
Support vendor onboarding and updates to entitlement and approval workflows.
Meet defined turnaround time (TAT), quality, accuracy, and compliance targets.
Be flexible with shift changes and able to work any assigned shift to support a global team.

1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred; candidates with strong transferable skills are encouraged to apply.

Experience with Siebel, Salesforce, Product Studio, or entitlement systems.
Understanding of LSEG products, data governance, and entitlement frameworks.
Knowledge of third‑party data delivery for exchanges and specialist providers.
