- Oversee and coordinate construction activities across all active and upcoming projects nationwide.
- Ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines while upholding quality, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and site teams to resolve bottlenecks and mitigate risks.
- Regularly visit project sites to monitor progress, review operations, and ensure alignment with approved plans.
- Develop and implement construction schedules, resource plans, and procurement strategies.
- Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for construction processes and quality assurance.
- Lead the performance management and professional development of project engineers, site managers, and construction teams.
- Collaborate with finance, procurement, legal, and other departments to ensure operational alignment and cost efficiency.
- Interface with contractors, suppliers, and third-party consultants to drive accountability and deliverables.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the executive leadership on project performance, risks, and operational improvements.
- Culture Building & Team Leadership: Lead cultural transformation by fostering proactive problem-solving, instilling discipline, and mentoring teams for greater ownership.
- Technology & Communication Improvements: Introduce tools and systems to streamline communication, reduce double-handling, and enhance reporting efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (licensed Civil Engineer preferred).
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in construction operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing multiple, simultaneous mid- to large-scale projects.
- Deep understanding of construction methodologies, cost control, contract management, and safety regulations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Travel & Work Setup: Willing to travel extensively, stay on-site as needed, and adapt to flexible office and field schedules.
- Leadership Beyond Technical Skills: Demonstrated experience in organizational review, career development, and guiding teams through cultural change.
- Industry & Technical Knowledge: Strong background in horizontal and vertical developments, with expertise in formworks, precast systems, and cost review.
- Soft Skills & Attributes: Skilled in change management, conflict resolution, and fostering proactive, cross-functional collaboration.
- Reporting & Analytical Skills: Capable of producing executive-level reports with actionable strategic insights.
