Completion of financial statements and taxation returns.2. Management reports and GST returns.3. Profit and cashflow plans.4. Statements of financial performance.5. Income tax forecasts.6. Income tax reviews.7. Provisional tax estimates.8. FBT returns.9. Xero processing.Key TasksIn the completion of client and administrative matters, your key tasks will include the following:1. Promptly undertake work as directed by the client and your Principal/Associate/Manager and ensure this is carried out in accordance with the firm's policies and procedures, efficiently and to meet deadlines.2. Ensure that client work is completed in accordance with the Budget, as discussed by your Principal/Associate/Manager.3. Communicate with the client as directed and where appropriate and respond promptly to any requests for assistance.4. Monitor customer satisfaction and take any action necessary to ensure a high standard is always maintained.5. Always recognise your level of expertise and ask for assistance where necessary to ensure risk management standards are attained.6. Be positive and helpful to clients and fellow work colleagues and be proactive in identifying the needs of clients allocated to you.Overall Responsibility1. In consultation with your Principal/Associate/Manager you are responsible for managing all phases of client work allocated to you.2. Always provide a professional service to the client.3. Be technically competent and ensure the quality of work and its timely completion.4. Manage your workflow and administer the client work efficiently.5. Keep the Principal/Associate/Manager up to date on assignments, inform and consult with them as appropriate and as necessary.Professional Development1.
