Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Civil Engineer at Duraville Realty & Development Corp. The Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for Site visitation, site inspection and monitor site accomplish and other civil engineering tasks. The role requires working at the company's site in Cavite. Qualifications Graduate of BS Civil Engineering Licensed Civil Engineer At least 1 year work experience in a real estate / residential experience/ housing development Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong knowledge of construction codes and regulations Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software Effective communication and teamwork abilities Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
