Location: Taguig City, Philippines | Hybrid SetupWe're looking for a Senior Network Observability Engineer (SME) to help design, implement, and maintain end-to-end visibility of cloud and on-prem network infrastructure. If you're experienced with observability tools like Grafana and cloud platforms such as Azure and GCP this is your chance to drive real impact.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement network monitoring and observability solutions across multi-cloud environments (Azure, GCP, Oracle).Operate within a product operating model, contributing to design, implementation, and ongoing support.Use tools like Grafana for dashboarding and visibility, and technologies such as SNMP, net flow, syslog, and API polling.Collaborate with network teams to identify monitoring needs and translate them into actionable observability use cases.Follow change management processes to ensure smooth and risk-mitigated deployments.Manage scripts and automations using Python, Ansible, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.Support performance, fault, event, and configuration management functions.Perform basic Linux administration tasks for tool setup and updates.Prioritize work effectively to meet deadlines, service levels, and project milestones.Constantly seek opportunities to improve systems and observability standards.Non-Negotiable SkillsHands-on experience with Grafana and observability tools.Strong exposure to Azure, Google Cloud, and Oracle environments.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.4+ years in network monitoring or observability, ideally in cloud environments.Solid knowledge of cloud networking (VPCs, subnets, routing, security groups, load balancers).Experience with automation tools and IaC practices.Proficient in Python, PowerShell, Ansible, and Git.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.Clear communicator with strong collaboration skills.Build smarter, more visible networks.
