Don't miss the chance to shape your #FutureInSight with us!Your roleWe are looking for a Production Manager - RX Operations who will oversee and manage RX laboratory operations across multiple locations in the Philippines (Rx, HMC, and Edging). This role is responsible for leading daily production activities, driving continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing resources, and ensuring the achievement of quality, service, productivity, safety, and cost objectives aligned with business goals.Main responsibilities:Production & Operational Management

Lead day-to-day laboratory operations across Rx, HMC, and Edging.
Establish and execute operational plans to achieve Quality, Delivery, Service Level, Productivity, and New Product targets.
Ensure achievement of company objectives for RX cost, service rate, productivity, and quality performance.
Optimize laboratory capacity, manpower, and operational resources.
Develop and implement annual RX operations business plans.
Prepare and manage laboratory budgets aligned with business strategy.

Continuous Improvement & Performance Management

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across RX operations.
Monitor key performance indicators (Yield, Service Rate, Productivity, Lead Time, EER, Safety).
Identify operational gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Lead and ensure successful execution of assigned projects and improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with Headquarters Technical Team, Marketing, and Sales to support business growth.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Quality to ensure operational alignment and customer satisfaction.

People Leadership & Development

Lead, develop, and grow the RX team through effective communication, performance management, and development planning.
Set clear performance goals and promote accountability within the team.
Foster a culture of operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.

Main requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Optical background preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in production or laboratory operations.
At least 3-5 years of leadership or managerial experience.
Strong understanding of operations systems, infrastructure, and business practices.
Proven experience in driving productivity, quality, and service improvements.
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Conversant with current technology from a business application perspective.
Willing to travel moderately (approximately 30%).
