Process and monitor over 400 billing accounts including telco, internet, utilities, and rental accounts. Monitor due dates and ensure timely submission, approval, and payment of invoices. Coordinate with vendors for invoice discrepancies, clarifications, and required documentation. Maintain an accurate and updated billing database for all account categories. A college graduate with a bachelor's degree in business or any equivalent field Billing Processing Accuracy Knowledge of Accounting and Finance Basics Data Management and Record Keeping Software Proficiency Attention to Detail Willing to be part of an agency Willing to start as soon as possible
