The position demonstrates experience in participating in the delivery of mobile application engagements. The MCOE Lead must be familiar with current state of mobile technology and mobile best practices. Must be knowledgeable on mobile store’s requirements/policies, be familiar with the deployment of mobile applications across platforms and create a center of excellence for mobility.

Description of tasks:
  • Leads the team to deliver MCOE services
  • Collaborate across the organization for successful publication of apps
  • Understand enabling components: security, infrastructure, platform and application development
  • Within area of expertise, provides technical guidance concerning mobility issues
  • Cascade the latest policy updates and requirements for submission of application to stores
  • Assessment on application code level and come up with recommendations that are in-line with best practices for changes in the components and/or OS upgrade
  • Application inventory and management of application feedback from store for all supported applications
  • Generate monthly digital usage/adoption statistics report
  • Manage mobile OS version testing
  • Experience in software development
  • iOS native applications
  • Android native applications
  • Hybrid applications (MFP, Flutter, React Native, Ionic, Framework 7, PhoneGap)
  • 3+ years mobile app industry experience
  • Experience publishing apps on Google Play and the App Store
  • Expertise in software development lifecycle
  • Highly analytical and metric oriented
  • With good communication skills
  • Able to work flexible hours and weekends as required.
