2. Solid in project/program management methodologies and tools
3. Proven track record of executing large-scale projects (

4. Solid understanding of technologies to manage dependencies
5. Ideally managed larger organizational / technology transformation projects
6. Experience in predictive project management. Experience in agile project management is optional
7. Understanding of interfaces and E2E requirements to manage and leverage Tooling, Automation, AnalyticsLevel of Knowledge: 2, 3● Level 2 – Experienced: 3-4 years of work experience in the desired / closely related area(s)

Uses consistent processes for identifying potential risk events, quantifying and documenting the probability of occurrence and the impact on the business. Refers to domain experts for guidance on specialized areas of risk, such as architecture and environment. Coordinates the development of countermeasures and contingency plans.o Methods & Tools: Provides support on the use of existing methods and tools. Configures methods and tools within a known context. Creates and updates the documentation of methods and tools.o Project Management: Takes full responsibility for the definition, approach, facilitation and satisfactory completion of medium-scale projects (typically with direct business impact and firm deadlines). Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project. Ensures that realistic project plans are maintained and ensures regular and accurate communication to stakeholders. Adopts appropriate project management methods and tools whether predictive (plan-driven) approaches or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches. Ensures Quality reviews occur on schedule and according to procedure. Manages the change control procedure and ensures that project deliverables are completed within agreed cost, timescale and resource budgets, and are signed off. Provides effective leadership to the project team and takes appropriate action where team performance deviates from agreed tolerances.o Requirements Definition & Management: Defines and manages scoping, requirements definition and prioritization activities for small-scale changes and assists with more complex change initiatives. Follows agreed standards, applying appropriate techniques to elicit and document detailed requirements. Provides constructive challenge to stakeholders as required. Prioritizes requirements and documents traceability to source. Reviews requirements for errors and omissions. Provides input to the requirements base-line.
