Join us today and experience Life at Visa.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an individual to join us as a Management Consulting Director in the VCA team based in the Philippines. This individual will act as the overall program head to deliver end-to-end consulting engagements for our key issuing, acquiring, merchant & fintech clients. Typically, the individual will closely interact & work with the client team gathering and managing project inputs, analyzing data to form conclusions and recommendations, developing and presenting compelling project reports and working with clients on executing recommendations.The program will include initiatives that cover payment strategy review and roadmap design, portfolio and product-market fit assessment, customer value proposition design/refresh, people/talent enablement, digital payments wallet assessment and launch, mobile banking app diagnostics and enhancement, and other growth initiatives. It will also cover improving customer engagement on client portfolios powered by Visa's data, collaborating closely with the data science teams on building data-driven solutions (e.g. AI model deployment).The Management Consulting Director will be responsible for identifying potential clients' business pain-points and areas for strategy and process improvement, thereby defining project scope deliverables and revenue opportunity to sell-in client engagement projects and building new practice solutions.Contribute to the development of VCA's consulting offerings and engagement delivery in the Philippines to help Visa clients protect and grow paymentsDevelop trusted advisor relationships with client senior executives through impactful consulting engagementsPartner with peers in other functional areas (e.g., product, marketing, risk, innovation) to execute projects in ways that leverage the breadth and depth of Visa's resourcesPrepare client proposals and project plans, identifying dependencies, roles and responsibilities, scope and deliverablesParticipate in delivering project engagements by preparing project materials including interview guides, data requirements, concepts, frameworksConduct industry research, drawing on Visa and partner resources as well as colleagues to identify global best practices and distill insights relevant to the client problem at handCreate compelling presentations to illustrate findings, ideas, recommendations within consulting engagements and more broadlySupport Thought Leadership projects on the future of payment to our clients and partnersThis is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.QualificationsQualificationsWe are looking to hire the ideal candidate who has already accumulated strong consulting experience and will be curious about the payments industry and keen to work alongside an experienced payments team. You will be client-driven - you are comfortable managing a project end-to-end, and you relish the opportunity to work closely with clients to influence their future performance.

Minimum 12-15 years of relevant experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or business management
Good knowledge of the payments industry landscape and developments, consumer trends and regulatory changes in the Philippines
Excellent client relationship management with strong sales orientation and experience in selling major projects/ideas to senior management
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
Strong team orientation, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, able to work effectively in a matrixed organization
Excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and written capabilities
Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with the ability to progress multiple projects concurrently
Strong commercial acumen, with experience in working on business/value cases that prove ROI
Strong detail orientation, ensuring the highest level of quality/rigor in reports and data analysis
Proven ability to drive innovation and lead change in successful top tier companies
Exposure to customer experience design (using human cantered design / design thinking)
Strong undergraduate academic accomplishment
