As member of the Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for defining, executing, and reporting of all testing related functions including: the review of product requirements and specifications, feature reviews, planning and scheduling of QA tasks, hands-on execution of QA tasks, providing feedback on product performance, and investigation of client issues. You will be responsible for ensuring our products and services meet the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance.Our ideal candidate is:

Requirements:

[1-3] years’ experience in software testing or related field.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently or within a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of quality assurance methods and techniques including the software development lifecycle.
Effective planning and organizational skills, with an attention to detail.
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to think ‘out of the box’ for process improvements.
Must have experience with bug tracking software such as Jira, Bugzilla, HP ALM/Quality Center or equivalent.
Ability to execute test plans and test scripts for commercial software applications, document expected results vs. actual results, and record software defects.
Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written.
Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work on mid shift / night shift

Preferred Skills:

Experience developing apps in a professional capacity (submitting to the store, etc.)
Experience in the software or financial industry preferred.
Knowledge of automated testing software tools with ability to design and develop automated testing programs.
Knowledge of the Agile software development methodology.
