- Design and execute comprehensive email and sms marketing campaigns across various customer segments, focusing on acquisition, retention, and re-engagement strategies
- Email database management including list building, segmentation, and personalisation to maximise deliverability and engagement rates
- Create compelling email content including subject lines, copy, and HTML templates that align with brand guidelines and drive conversions
- Monitor email deliverability, manage sender reputation, and ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
- Setup and create Flows briefed in by CRM team which include filters, draft email/SMS messages, time delays, property profile updates
- Review Flow performance regularly and report back on any insights and optimisations
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, send times, and design elements to continuously improve campaign performance
- Build and optimize automated email sequences including welcome series, abandoned cart recovery, post-purchase follow-ups, and re-engagement campaigns
- Ensure all email and SMS campaigns and templates are error free
- Test email templates in Litmus to ensure they render across devices
- Ensure all email and SMS' flow/campaign messages have valid links, images, fall back alt text
- Conduct testing on all Flows to ensure correct filters are setup and correct profiles are entering at the right time
- Conduct testing to ensure dynamic content blocks are setup
- Create and build email templates that are designed in Figma (or equivalent) using Klaviyo drag and drop builder
- Assist with the creation of sign up forms (fly outs, pop ups, embed forms)
- Review and setup client tech stack integrations in Klaviyo including (but not limited to) Okendo, Yotpo, Elevar, Instant, Customer.AI
- Segmentation setup support based on purchasing behaviour and email/SMS engagement
- Provide detailed analytics and performance reporting on email campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI metrics
- Minimum 2-3 years of email marketing or digital marketing experience
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar tools
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email template customization and troubleshooting
- Strong analytical skills with experience in email marketing metrics and performance optimization
- Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and compliance regulations
- Experience with marketing automation and customer segmentation strategies
- Excellent written communication skills with ability to craft engaging email content
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer data management
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency
- You are available starting early (6AM?) to overlap with the Sydney team
- This is a fully remote role, so you’ll have complete flexibility in where you work.
- You’ll be part of a growing CRM team alongside two experienced CRM managers who are keen to share their knowledge.
